This drop was carried out on the initiatoryly year business students at NUC. The aims and objectives were to evaluate the impact of arrangement and transport availability on students at NUC. So a questionnaire was hanging around to invite information. The result from this great deal was relevant that almost students are commuters students and occupy some difficulties to access the N UC. So the location and the transport, which allow in parking, were some of the main causes of their lateness at class that seriously bear on their study. Finally some recommendations fetch been made overcome this problem.\n\n\nIt has been a great privilege to be part of this assembly work. It was my first time to lead a group. This has given me the opportunity to judge my leadership skills. It was 1 of the outdo groups Ive eve r been in time of motivation.\nAt the beginning, scratch with only five (5) students, it was truly easy to delegate tasks and adopt information from members of the group. We were all tone at the equal guardianship as we were sharing the alike(p) motivation, which was how we can conduct this survey in order to arrive at our goal. So everyones role was very helpful. Although we were lacked of time for meetings, I managed to propose that we communicate through and through messages and emails until we built up the totally project. Every member of the group immediately adopted this.\nHowever, subsequently we faced some difficulties when more than students were added to the group. They were not at the same level of information and importation like us. They were not replying to the messages and emails on time. Consequently, this created more pression to the group.
